On Sunday, September 11, 2005, Kenny “The Jet” Smith organized the NBA Players Hurricane Relief Game to help aid those affected by Hurricane Katrina. The game featured Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Kevin Garnett, Ron Artest, Chauncey Billups, Tracy McGrady & Amare Stoudemire, among others.
