Ive put in about 1 hour playtime in this game. The demo is available on the Playstation Network right now. I just downloaded it today and the video clips in this video are from this first hour of play.

I played as the Lakers and used Kobe Bryant as the test subject. I base this review on if I can recreate life like plays that Kobe Bryant can do in real life in this game. Kobe has a signature Fade away shot that can be recognized and has the ability to create shots using it pretty much all the time. His way of executing it in real life is recreated really well in NBA 2K9 by 2K Sports. This is what I really worked on when I played this demo. I practiced understanding the controls and how to execute the moves necessary to make it look life like to Kobe.

I cannot get away with it all the time, but I score on a good amount of it because Ive practiced playing this way. Knowing the timing, executing the fadeways and skill moves is something that takes finesse and I like that this game rewards you correctly and the shots look smooth and life like.

This is a good game, I think I will be buying it.
