Live this Summer or Die This Summer, Pt. 9 (2 of 2)

This vid is part two of a two- part skills workout I recently did with Coach Wes Pifer from Miami- Dade College. We worked on a lot of quick catch-and-go moves, post moves, jab steps and fakes, finishing through contact, counters to primary moves, and spot up shots (not in video).
